Office Assistant - 25 hours per week, Part Time

The library has an open Office Assistant position in the Administrative Office in St. Joseph, scheduled generally 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday but with some flexibility.  This job includes office and accounting tasks, daily packaging and postage responsibilities, and weekly errands including bank deposits and shopping.  Compensation based on experience and references.

Library Assistant: Technical Services - 40 hours per week, Full Time

The Rolling Hills Consolidated Library (RHCL) has an opening for a Library Assistant in the Technical Services department at the Admin Offices in St. Joseph.  This person performs a variety of clerical tasks related to library services and ordering and processing materials for library users.  This position catalogs materials for the collection and does item repairs.  Experience in detailed computing tasks and processing library records is preferred.  Set schedule of 40 hours per week, regular office hours Monday-Friday.  Includes health insurance and retirement benefits, compensation dependent upon experience, minimum $12.00 per hour.
